Our Team

Kevin is a native Hamiltonian, now residing in Burlington. After graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) degree, Kevin worked with a large insurance/financial services firm for 30+ years and most recently as a financial benefits consultant. Kevin strives to provide a great client experience. In his spare time, Kevin enjoys cycling, hiking, watching the Montreal Canadiens and sharing time with his two boys.

Lydia was born and raised in Hamilton, Ontario. Lydia graduated from college with a Business Administration degree in 1982, started her career at an international accounting firm and obtained her CMA in 1992. Over the next 9 years, she stayed at home raising her family before going back to work full-time as an accountant from 2001-2011. She joined EEA Financial full time in 2018 to manage office responsibilities. She enjoys hiking, biking and spending time with her family.

Jon was born and raised in Dundas, Ontario. He graduated with a Mineral Engineering degree at the University of Toronto in 2014 and joined a global firm leader in manufacturing products. Jon’s most recent position was a project manager responsible for executing over $25M in new technology projects. He hopes to bring his passion for finance and technology to better serve clients and help them realize their long-term goals. Jon enjoys playing sports, traveling, and spending time with his friends.
